Glossary

Finish
The stable end of a technique—balanced, aligned, no adjustment needed.
Transition
The movement between techniques. Often where errors actually happen.
Alignment
How the body lines up to deliver force without leaking balance.
Directional intent
Clear aiming of hips/shoulders/stance toward the intended target line.
Selective tension
Relax while moving, briefly stabilize at impact, then relax again.

No. This site is interpretive analysis meant to help training and coaching.
